Our Commitment

At BookMorph, we want you to be completely satisfied with your translation. This policy outlines when refunds are available.

Membership Fee ($1/month)

The $1 monthly membership fee is non-refundable except:

  • Technical error preventing service access
  • Charged in error (duplicate payment)

7-day money-back guarantee applies to your first month.

Book Translation Fees (Pay-as-you-go)

✅ Full Refund Available

We offer full refunds within 7 days for:

  1. Technical Errors:

    • Output file is corrupted or won't open
    • Missing images, chapters, or content from original
    • Incorrect formatting (broken layout, unreadable text)

  2. Service Failures:

    • Translation didn't complete
    • Wrong language output
    • File not delivered within promised timeframe

❌ Refunds NOT Available

No refunds for:

  1. Subjective Quality:

    • "I don't like the translation style"
    • "It doesn't sound natural"
    • "AI translation not as good as human"

    Why: We provide a free 1-page preview before you pay. This allows you to evaluate quality first.

  2. After 7 Days:

    • Refund window closes 7 days after translation delivery

  3. Copyright Issues:

    • If translation is removed due to copyright violation
    • User's responsibility to ensure legal right to translate

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include:

    • Order number
    • Book title
    • Reason for refund
    • Screenshots (if technical issue)

  3. Response time: 24-48 hours

  4. Refund processing: 5-10 business days

Prevention is Better

To avoid disappointment:

  1. Always use the free preview - translate 1 page first

Disputes

If your refund request is denied and you disagree:

  • Reply to our decision email with additional information
  • We'll review within 48 hours
  • Final decision at our discretion
