- Payment Information: We do NOT store your credit card details. All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. They handle your payment data securely.
- Communications: Content of emails or messages you send to us.
2.2 Content Data (Your Books)
When you use our service, you upload files (EPUB) for translation.
- Temporary Processing: We process these files solely for the purpose of translation.
- No Ownership Claim: We do not claim ownership of your files.
- Deletion Policy: Your uploaded files and translated output are automatically deleted from our servers after 24 hours to ensure your privacy and security.
2.3 Usage Data
We automatically collect certain technical data:
- IP address and device information
- Browser type and version
- Pages visited and time spent
- Error logs for debugging purposes
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the BookMorph service
- Process your transactions (via Lemon Squeezy)
- Send you service-related emails (e.g., translation complete, password reset)
- Detect and prevent fraud (e.g., checking IP addresses against known blocklists)
- Comply with legal obligations

We share data with trusted third-party service providers to run our service. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
